Article Title: NCOA7 promotes OSCC progression by inhibiting ROS-regulated ferroptosis
doi: 10.1007/s00018-025-06018-8
Figure Lengend Snippet: NCOA7 knockdown inhibits the proliferation of OSCC cells. ( A ) OD value, data was presented as mean ± SD from n = 3 independent biological replicates. ( B ) Ki67 and PCNA mRNA expression, data was presented as mean ± SD from n = 3 independent biological replicates. ( C , D ) The representative images of Ki67 ICC staining ( C ) (scale bars: 50 μm) and the quantitative data ( D ), data was presented as mean ± SD from n = 3 independent biological replicates. ns, not significant, **** p < 0.0001; One-way ANOVA ( A , B , D ) was used
Article Snippet: Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde (PFA) solution (P0099, Beyotime, Sichuan, China), permeabilized with 0.5% Triton X-100 (T8200, Solarbio, Beijing, China), and blocked with 5% goat serum, followed by incubation with NCOA7 antibody (1:100, PA2863, Abmart, Shanghai, China), Ki67 antibody (1:200, bs-23103R, Bioss, Beijing, China), and GPX4 antibody (1:100, T56959 , Abmart, Shanghai, China) for one night at 4 °C, respectively.
